Cara Pembuatan Tempe Dengan Sangat Mudah

Bahan Pembuatan Tempe:

1. Kedelai Putih 5 Kg

2. Bibit tempe/Ragi Tempe 5gr

3. Air bersih

Alat-alat Pembuatan Tempe:

1. Panci

2. Kompor

3. Tampah 2 buah

4. Ember Plastik

5. Plastik Pembungkus

6. Kertas dan daun pisang

Proses Pembuatan Tempe Kedelai :

-    Siapkan Alat dan Bahan

-    Pilih kedelai untuk mendapatkan kedelai terbaik dengan cara dipilah dan membuang yang jelek.

-    Bersihkan/cuci kedelai dengan air bersih

-    Rebus kedelai yang telah dicuci kedalam air selama 30 menit, angkat dan dinginkan. Biarkan kedelai masih dalam tempat dan air rebusannya.

-    Tambahkan 10ml asam laktat/liter air perebus (untuk memperoleh pH=5) selama 12 jam untuk mendapatkan kualitas tempe terbaik.

-    Cuci dan buang kulit kedelai dan rebus kembali dengan air bersih selama 90 menit, angkat dan tiriskan.

-    Setelah ditiriskan dan dingin sempurna, tambahkan ragi tempe dan aduk hati-hati secara merata.

-    Bungkus kedelai dengan plastik transparan atau dengan kertas dan daun pisang. Jika menggunakan plastik, tusuk plastik dengan lidi secara merata untuk ventilasi saat fermentasi.

-    Simpan selama 23-30 jam sampai peragian berjalan sempurna.

-    Tempe siap diolah atau dipasarkan.
